The company operates using project teams. Each team is assigned a Supervisor who will oversee the progress of the fitout of your business, and the appropriate tradespeople who will complete the work.

Director of Oaklane Projects Charles Rowan is responsible for the estimating and administration of contracts and has the ultimate responsibility for all operations of the company.

Project Manager Martin Hickey is responsible for the management of projects and is the line manager for all supervisors, employees and engaged sub-contractors. Martin has been working with Oaklane Projects for the past five years and is highly qualified and experienced in workplace management, so you can rest assured that your project will be managed to the highest standard.

Charles and Martin have managed fitout projects with budgets exceeding $3 million, including works at Hakea Prison, Central Law Courts, Health Department, Education Department, Temby Royal Commission and CIB HQ.
